1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every order placed with Dkhoni Shop. By placing an order you accept these terms. Deviations only apply if we have agreed them with you in writing.

3. Offer and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging can differ slightly from the photos. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

4. Your order

The agreement is concluded when you complete your order and receive our order confirmation by e-mail. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, we inform you as quickly as possible and refund anything you have already paid.

5. Payment

You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is shipped once the payment has been received, unless you chose a method that is paid on delivery.

6. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and to other countries of the European Union. We aim to ship every order quickly; the delivery times on our website are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you. If your order is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel it free of charge.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason. Let us know via [e-mail address] or our contact page, then return the product within 14 days after that notice, unused and in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your notice; we may wait until we have received the product back. The costs of returning the product are for your account.

Exception: for reasons of hygiene and health, perfumes whose seal or protective film has been opened or removed after delivery cannot be returned (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Sealed, unopened products can always be returned within the period above.

8. Warranty and complaints

Every product we sell is original and complies with the agreement. Is something wrong with your order, or did it arrive damaged? Contact us within a reasonable time after you noticed it, preferably with a photo. We reply within 14 days and look for a fair solution together with you, such as a replacement or a refund.

If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can submit it to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Please test a new fragrance on a small area of skin first; we are not liable for allergic reactions to ingredients that are listed on the packaging.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care, as described in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement with Dkhoni Shop. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
