We respect your privacy and only use your personal data for what is needed to serve you well. This policy explains what we do with it, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, phone number, the products you order and the payment status.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details, addresses, wish list and order history.
- Messages: what you send us via the contact form, e-mail or a review.
- Technical data: your IP address and the functional cookies needed for the shop to work (see our cookie policy).
3. Why we use it
- To process, pay for, ship and deliver your order and to send you order and shipping updates (performance of the contract).
- To answer your questions and handle returns or complaints (performance of the contract / legitimate interest).
- To keep our administration as required by tax law (legal obligation).
- To secure the shop and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not send you advertising without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only with parties that need it to carry out your order: the payment provider you choose, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and our hosting and IT providers. They may only use your data for that purpose and we make agreements with them about this. Your data is stored within the European Union.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice details for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Your account until you delete it or ask us to. Messages for as long as needed to handle them, at most 2 years.
6. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and only authorised people have access to your data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive your data in a usable format. Send your request to [e-mail address]; we reply within one month. Do you think we handle your data incorrectly? You can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
