Are your perfumes original?

Yes. Every perfume we sell is an original Dkhoni fragrance, delivered sealed in its original packaging.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the Netherlands and to the other countries of the European Union.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €6.95 per order. From an order value of €60 shipping is free. You always see the exact amount before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

We ship orders as quickly as possible. As a guide: within the Netherlands usually 1–3 working days, elsewhere in the EU usually 3–7 working days.

How can I pay?

You choose from the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as the perfume is still sealed and unopened. For hygiene reasons opened perfumes cannot be returned. See our terms and conditions for all details.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the parcel and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

How long does a fragrance last on the skin?

That depends on the fragrance and on your skin. Rich oriental scents with oud, amber or musk last longest; you can find the notes of every perfume on its product page.

Do you sell gift sets?
